- Risk Assessment & Strategy I will conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential threats to your business, from cyberattacks to natural disasters. Based on this analysis, we will develop a customized recovery strategy that includes:
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan: Detailed, step-by-step procedures for restoring your IT systems.
- Business Continuity Plan (BCP): A non-technical guide for how the entire business will operate during an outage.
- Communications Plan: A clear protocol for communicating with employees, customers, and stakeholders during a crisis.
Documentation & Finalization
I will create a single, comprehensive BCP document that is easy to understand and follow. It will be the "playbook" your team uses to navigate any disaster.
Tabletop Exercise (Simulation)
The most critical part of this project is testing. We will conduct a "tabletop exercise" with your key stakeholders, simulating a disaster scenario. This dry run will reveal any gaps in the plan, allowing us to make final adjustments to ensure it works in a real-world event.
