Overview:

Project Phases:

  • Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (Week 1-2)
    • 1.1. Data Assessment & Policy Definition: We will perform a full audit of your current data landscape, identifying critical servers, applications, and files. We will then collaborate with your team to define precise backup policies, including frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), retention periods, and encryption requirements.
    • 1.2. Tool & Storage Selection: Based on the assessment, we will propose the most suitable professional backup software and local storage hardware (e.g., a Network Attached Storage device) to meet your needs and budget.
    • Deliverable: A comprehensive Backup Strategy Document outlining all policies, selected tools, and a detailed plan.
  • Phase 2: Implementation & Automation (Week 3-4)
    • 2.1. System Setup & Configuration: We will install and configure the chosen backup software on all designated servers and workstations. This includes setting up secure user permissions and access controls.
