- Hybrid Cloud Architecture: We will select and configure the most suitable cloud storage service (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob Storage) to seamlessly integrate with your existing infrastructure. This hybrid model ensures both high availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implementing the 3-2-1 Rule: We will meticulously implement the golden rule of backup. This means maintaining three copies of your data (one primary, two backups), on two different storage media (local and cloud), with at least one copy stored offsite.
- Automated & Encrypted Data Flow: The entire backup process will be fully automated. Your data will be regularly and automatically backed up to the cloud without any manual intervention. For highly critical data, we will set up hourly backups. All data will be encrypted both in transit and at rest, guaranteeing its security and integrity.

- RPO (Recovery Point Objective): The maximum amount of data your business can afford to lose. We will minimize this by optimizing your backup frequency.
- RTO (Recovery Time Objective): The maximum amount of time your business can be offline. We will drastically reduce this by automating the restoration process.
- Creating a Disaster Recovery Playbook: We will provide you with a detailed, step-by-step document that serves as your Disaster Recovery Playbook. This comprehensive document will outline all procedures, roles, and tools required for a full system restoration.
