From finding a freelancer to approving the work

We review freelancer profiles and help you define your project, set a budget, and compare proposals. You choose who to work with and approve the deliverables, with clear milestone payment rules from the start.

Freelancer profiles are reviewed

After freelancers sign up, we review the information in their profiles, including their stated skills, experience, and portfolio. This review provides a starting point for assessing their suitability for your project.

Get guidance on your project scope

Tell us what you want to achieve. We help clarify your requirements, expected deliverables, and timeline, with consultation tailored to the size and complexity of your project.

Set a realistic project budget

We help you establish an appropriate budget based on the type of project, scope of work, and expertise required. This gives you a clearer basis for evaluating the prices freelancers propose.

Receive freelancer proposals (1–5 days after your job is posted)

Freelancers submit proposals outlining their approach, proposed price, and estimated timeline. You can review these proposals alongside their profiles before deciding who to hire.

Choose the right fit at a fair price

We help you compare the submitted proposals by relevant experience, approach, deliverables, timeline, and price. Our guidance helps you identify a suitable freelancer with a fair offer. The final hiring decision is yours.

Approve the plan and work in milestones

Once you approve the freelancer and the agreed milestone plan, the project is assigned and work begins. Each milestone defines the work to be delivered and its payment amount. You review the submitted work against these requirements and approve it to release the corresponding payment.

Review submissions within 14 days

When a milestone is submitted for your approval, you have 14 days to review it and respond. If you do not respond within that period, the milestone payment is automatically released to the freelancer. Review each submission promptly and communicate any concerns during this window.

Find the right freelancer for your AI project

Post your project and receive proposals within 1–5 days. We’ll help you compare your options and choose a suitable freelancer at a fair price. The final decision is yours.
