Overview:

Our on-premise data center, built on VMware, is facing critical performance bottlenecks and resource contention. This is directly impacting our production applications, leading to slow response times and employee frustration. We require a hands-on virtualization expert to conduct a deep-dive performance audit and optimization project to get our systems running at peak efficiency.

The Challenge:

Your mission is to be the performance expert. You will need to identify the root causes of our performance issues—be it resource over-allocation, network bottlenecks, or inefficient storage I/O. Your work will involve analyzing our entire vSphere stack (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX-T) to fine-tune configurations and implement best practices. The project includes re-architecting our virtual network and ensuring our systems are hardened against security threats.
