Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The Business Challenge:

Our organization is struggling to unify its on-premise infrastructure with public cloud resources, leading to operational inefficiencies, security gaps, and inconsistent performance. This siloed approach prevents us from fully leveraging the agility and scalability of the cloud while maintaining control over our on-premise assets. We face complex challenges with data synchronization, identity management, and cost optimization across disconnected environments, which directly impacts our ability to innovate and respond quickly to market demands.

The Project Goal:

We are seeking an expert to design, implement, and manage a seamless hybrid cloud infrastructure. The goal is to architect a unified, resilient, and cost-effective solution that leverages the strengths of both our on-premise and public cloud resources. This project is critical to establishing a scalable foundation that will enable operational agility, enhance data security, and provide our business with a competitive advantage.

Required Skills:

• Hybrid Cloud Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with major hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., AWS Outposts, Azure Stack, Google Anthos, VMware Cloud on AWS).
• Advanced Networking: Deep proficiency in designing and implementing secure, high-performance network connectivity (VPN, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Cloud Interconnect).
• Virtualization & Containerization: Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) in a hybrid environment.
• Identity and Access Management: Strong background in integrating and managing unified identity solutions across hybrid setups.
• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate deployment and management.
