Overview:

We are a B2B software company whose services are critical to our clients' operations. We are heavily reliant on a single data center and do not have a formal plan to recover from a major outage.

We need a professional to design a complete DR plan. This project involves defining Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), outlining a step-by-step recovery procedure, and identifying necessary resources and communication channels. The plan should be a living document that can be tested and updated.

Experience Required:

Delivery:

A detailed and comprehensive Disaster Recovery plan document.

Support:

We require 3 weeks of post-delivery support to review the plan with our team and assist with initial training and simulations.
