Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Specialist to optimize our development and operations processes, enabling continuous delivery of value across our organization. This role is central to enhancing the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our software systems.

• Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement DevOps processes and communications, focusing on continuous security, integration, testing, delivery, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.    
  • Design and implement Source Control strategies, including scaling Git for an enterprise and managing dependencies.    
  • Design and implement build and deployment pipelines, utilizing automation tools for application and infrastructure deployment.    
  • Develop and implement a security and compliance plan within DevOps environments.    
  • Implement an instrumentation strategy for monitoring system performance and collecting telemetry data.    
  • Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration tools.    
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent and reproducible deployments.    
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and Azure administrators to ensure alignment and efficiency.    
  • Continuously optimize DevOps processes to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency. 
• Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administering and developing in Azure or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).    
  • Strong experience implementing both GitHub and Azure DevOps solutions.    
  • Deep understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.    
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).    
  • 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar capacity.
