Microservices Security Engineer

We are looking for a Microservices Security Engineer to secure our microservices architecture, ensuring each component is isolated and protected from threats. This role involves configuring security policies for inter-service communication, monitoring microservices traffic, and implementing network segmentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Secure microservices communication with network segmentation and policies.
• Monitor microservices traffic for potential vulnerabilities.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) within Kubernetes.
• Document security best practices for microservices.
• Provide training to DevOps teams on microservices security.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices security.
• Knowledge of RBAC, network policies, and access control.
• Relevant certifications, such as Kubernetes Security Specialist, are preferred.
